I felt the touch,of mother nature’s unknown skin. She whispered in the winds. Held me in hands of air. Her child she nurtured. Fed me food of her, that was natural. A lullaby she sang, like only a mother could tired me. I slept in her breasts. Mother nature sheltered me. The waters showered me in her kisses. She left the way she came in silence. Tears drew from my eyes. Love still exists in a woman’s touch. Bow in Mother nature’s presence. Without this first lady a man’s world does not exist.
Poison
Would’ve never known, it had been beautiful all along. Love looked me in the eyes, through the pistil of a thorned rose. I slipped my tongue down evils throat. He thrusted a dagger to my heart. Pierced my flesh. No pain was felt, until all the love I held bled. I loved not knowing who evil was. We slept in the same sheets. The enemy was my safe haven. Fooled and taken advantage of. This enemy I held close, and cherished most. I allowed evil to feed me poison, from a dozen roses.

Men
Leave it.
One day it’ll be none. Back to back with much distance.
No reminiscing. We’ll leave it.
Words make people linger.
We’ll leave it.
It only makes sense to spare ourselves.
We gave it our best.
Leave it.
